Not only is it necessary to read and agree to this particular wholesaler’s terms of service, but it is also necessary to fill out an application on behalf of your company and to provide them with a copy of your state resale certificate, which is also commonly known as a reseller’s license. (These requirements of Evertek are good to take note of because they are actually quite typical of what most wholesalers expect when working with resellers.) It’s also worth noting that some resale certificate forms for some states are available online.
